Wash Care / How do I preserve the garment?

The print shouldn't.
Wash inside out in cold water.
Avoid harsh detergents.
Do not iron directly over recovered transmissions.
Delivery Charges / How are transmissions delivered?
Recovered fragments are dispatched across India.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Some signals travel further than others.
International Shipping / Can the signal cross borders?
Yes.
Lost memories have no nationality.
International recovery may require additional transit time.
Restocks / Will a file return?
Not every archive is reopened.
Some transmissions are recovered once and sealed forever.
If a file returns, the Archive Division will announce it.
Exchange Process / What if the signal doesn't fit?
You may request an exchange within the designated recovery window.
The garment must remain unworn and unaltered.
Cancellation / Can a transmission be revoked?
Only before processing begins.
Once recovery starts, the archive cannot be interrupted.
Damaged Or Wrong Item / The recovery was corrupted.
Send clear photographs within 24 hours of delivery.
If the archive confirms an error, corrective action will follow.
