Terms of Broken Signals.

Simple order notes for every BARQ piece. We keep it clear: made in India, packed with care, and shipped with delivery charges based on your state.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp, we process and pack it within 2-3 business days. Delivery usually takes around 5-7 working days, depending on your state and courier availability.

Delivery charges depend on the state and are confirmed before payment.

Size Exchanges

If the size does not work for you, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges are accepted only if the item is unused, unwashed, unironed, and the original tag is intact.

Exchange shipping may be charged depending on your location.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been packed or shipped. Send your order details on WhatsApp and we will confirm the status.

Wash & Care

Our tees are hand acid-washed and pigment-dyed right here in India. Each piece may have slight variations in colour, fade, and texture. This is intentional. For longer life: cold wash inside out, air dry, and never iron the print.

Each tee is one-of-one in its own way. Handle with love.

Made In India

Every BARQ garment is 100% original, designed in-house, and manufactured in India. What you see on the archive is what you get: heavy 240 GSM oversized cotton, real acid wash, and original BARQ artwork.

All garments are made in India.

Damaged Or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is the wrong item, send photos or a short video on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will verify it and arrange the right solution.

Damaged on arrival? 24-hour window. Photo evidence needed.

Privacy

We collect your name, phone number, and delivery address only to process and deliver your order. We do not sell your data or share your details outside what is needed for order fulfilment and courier delivery.

Limited Drops. No Restocks. No FOMO Tricks.

BARQ runs in limited archive drops. Once a design sells out, it's archived — meaning it's done, it won't come back in the same form. We don't do fake scarcity or countdown timers to pressure you. When it says limited, it's actually limited. Follow our Instagram @barq.og to catch drops before they disappear into the archive.

No restocks. Every drop is a closing chapter.
